Purchase For Purpose Inc. is a disabled veteran-founded nonprofit built from a deeply personal mission: to create hope, healing, and access to mental health support for youth and families facing life's challenges.

For my partner and me, this mission is more than an organization—it is close to home. Like many families, we have witnessed the profound impact that mental health struggles can have on individuals, relationships, and entire communities. We understand that behind every statistic is a real person, a real family, and a real story. That understanding became the foundation for Purchase For Purpose.

Across the United States, thousands of young people and families struggle to find affordable, accessible support when they need it most. We believe no family should have to face those challenges alone, and no one should be denied support because of financial barriers.

Through our community-powered thrift model, every donation and every purchase becomes part of a greater purpose. Gently used items are transformed into funding that helps create safe, restorative environments where youth and families can find encouragement, resources, connection, and hope.

What makes Purchase For Purpose unique is that every act of generosity creates a direct and lasting impact. A donated shirt, a purchased household item, or a volunteer's time can help build pathways to care for families who may otherwise go without support.
